We love what we do. When someone at a party asks us about our company, we tell them that we’re the connection - the “liaison” - between creative and marketing professionals and the companies that need them. They usually say that it sounds either really cool or really crazy. Actually, it’s a little of both.

On any given day, we’ll have ten candidates come in for interviews. And an agency client calling to see if we can send out an interactive designer for three days. And then a corporate client calls to let us know that they’ll need three more marcom project managers onsite for a new product launch next month. Plus a local printing company with a crashed server that needs our immediate attention. All before lunchtime. That’s the crazy part.

The cool part is combining the creative and marketing environment with the business environment. Every day, we get a rush from working to create rewarding environments for our employees and bottom-line results for our clients in Austin, Denver and Minneapolis/St. Paul.
