Copywriter 1099 Contractor (5 yrs, Round Rock)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison has a short-term marcom copywriting opportunity working remote (except for the onsite required meetings) for 30-40 hours per week through until December. This need is working for our Round Rock-based high-tech corporate client's internal creative marketing team. We are looking for someone who would be able to jump right in and help with a myriad of needs such as writing campaigns, web content, hand-over guides, sales kits and much more.
 
Background & Experience:
- Five years copywriting in an agency or corporate environment; - Must provide writing samples of high-tech BTC and/or BTB;
- Degree in English, writing, advertising, marketing, technology, or equivalent work experience.

 
Hard Skills:
- Solid working knowledge of AP style guide;
- An online portfolio showing examples of your writing experience;
- MS Office proficiency.

 
Soft Skills:
- Love telling stories and working in fast-paced create teams driving solid messaging;
- Working remote and yet remain easily accessible and responsive during working hours.

Marketing Analyst (3 - 7 yrs, Round Rock)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison has a full-time opportunity for strategy-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team serving our high-tech corporate client onsite in Round Rock. Reporting directly to our client's Director of CRM, Consumer and Small Business for North America, you'll analyze data to tell the story on how it relates to marketing campaigns. You'll interact with business leaders and Customer Insight leaders to understand regional challenges and business objectives and then deliver customer based solutions, insights and capabilities that meet those objectives.

This full-time full-benefits Liaison employee position pays $80-90k/yr, DOE and is expected to continue on an ongoing basis after an initial handshake commitment to 6-9 months.

In this senior analytic advisory role, you'll provide the following:
- Management of analytic activities for the segment;
- Development of reporting processes of customer metrics in a frequency to drive action and business impact;
- With Cycle planning team, provide macro level insights on buying behavior of customers;
- Vendor Management functions including providing detailed written specifications of work ordered, directing process improvement, prioritizing vendor resources, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data;
- Working with CRM global resources to ensure that client has the right modeling and analytic solutions in place and providing information on those solutions to business partners;
- Reporting on vehicle and business health and ensuring that ongoing campaigns are delivering results consistent with business objectives;
- Other related activities as needed.

 
Background & Experience:
Three to seven years of advanced analytics with experience in Consumer CRM or Customer Insights;
- Database marketing experience with emphasis on data integration and database extraction tools (SQL background required);
- Bachelor Degree required / Graduate degree in Business (marketing emphasis) or Statistics recommended.

 
Hard Skills:
- SAS and SQL experience and experience required;
- Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, and measurement techniques;
- RAID forecasting.

 
Soft Skills:
- Ability to interpret raw data into actionable business intelligence;
