Demand Generation Program Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison has an opportunity for a Demand Generation Program Manager to join our team onsite for our Round Rock high-tech corporate client. In this key collaborative role, you'll drive integrated Marketing programs for Enterprise Software across the North America Commercial Business.

This full-time, full-benefits Liaison employee position pays $75-85k/yr depending on experience and is expected to begin with an initial six-to-nine month commitment before likely extension or client-side conversion.

Some specific job activities:
- Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Sales, Product Management, BI, Messaging/Marcom, and Segment Marketing, you'll be driving growth plans including sales enablement plays and programs;
- Driving integrated marketing programs supporting the 3rd party volume licensing Enterprise SW business including Cloud, Virtualization, and Security offerings;
- Establish and drive quarterly growth plans and report on progress and metrics to Sales and Marketing leadership;
- Oversees the evaluation of analysis of market data and customer purchase data to identify programmatic activity to expand share of wallet and increase cross-LOB conversion;

 
Background & Experience:
- Six to eight years of marketing program management or project management experience;
- High tech and or Fortune 1000 corporate experience is required;
- Demonstrated experience focused on Demand Generation should be evident on your resume;
- BA/BS required, MBA a plus.

 
Hard Skills:
- Strong command of tools related to demand gen measurement;
- Strong and concise presentation skills.

 
Soft Skills:
- You're self-managing, and deal well with ambiguity;

Lead Gen Program Manager (4-6 yrs, Southwest Austin)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison has a full-time ongoing full-benefits opportunity for a Lead Gen Program Manager with roughly five years' marketing experience to join our team southwest Austin energy services client. In this collaborative position, you'll work to create original demand (pre-marketing-qualified-lead nurturing) as well as nurturing inquiries that are not yet leads and "recycled" leads that fall out of various demand waterfall stages.

You'll be joining a close-knit, driven team that Liaison has built to serve our growing client. This position pays $60-65k/yr, depending on experience,starts immediately and will provide most Liaison benefits in one to three months after start.

Specifically, in this position, you will:
- Create emails, landing pages, forms and reports within Hubspot to support lead nurturing programs;
- Create and manage effective prospecting database, lead lists and contact groups within Hubspot;
- Work within Salesforce.com to create and manage campaigns and analyze real-time data;
- Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales;
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs;
- Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities;
- Execute programs and campaigns in marketing automation and sales force automation technologies;
- Design, assemble and execute nurture flows for both customers and net-new prospects, including entry and transition logic and rules, track-specific treatment considerations, and route leads that re-enter an active demand state;
- Develop and maintain nurture reporting methodology, reports and dashboards, including performance metrics and KPIs for overall program performance;
- Related activities as needed or assigned.

 
Background & Experience:
- Four to Six years marketing experience at the Project Coordinator or Project Manager level;
- Some experience with Lead Gen and/or Demand Gen with proven results.

 
Hard Skills:

- Solid Excel skills for analyzing customer data.

Marcom Producer (Marketing, 2-4 yrs, Round Rock)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison is looking for a strong individual contributor to join our Round Rock team to coordinate all aspects of our client marketing production processes for the assigned vehicle and country according to the quarterly marketing plan. Consistently deliver error-free, legal and vendor funding compliant marcom that meets the global creative and branding guidelines.

Other responsibilities:
- Point of contact for the production agency, Global Traffic teams and Merchandising teams and have ownership of vehicle from briefing through proof approvals;
- Responsible for template, product imagery and positioning statement approval and alignment;
- Enters the vehicle brief into the management tool against that vehicle activity, ensuring appropriate and complete annotation of the PDF file, specification of links and content placement;
- Responsible for proof reading minimum three rounds of preparation ensuring all required amendments are captured accurately;
- Route all vehicle marcom for review;
- Consolidate all feedback and revert to key stakeholders on any follow-ups to resolve each round of review;
- Secure financing approvals and partner funding;
- Responsible for legal self-policing of all marcom projects;
- Execute quality (flawless and on time) production & QA with attention to detail and speed;
- Ensure successful handover to suppliers, publishers, partners on time, with full approvals;
- Assume a brand ambassador role.

 
Background & Experience:
- Two to four years' marcom projects experience is required in a corporate or agency environment at the coordinator or specialist level;
- Ideal candidate has experience in online and offline so there is flexibility across vehicles;
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field;
- Preferred understanding of the IT industry/market and the overall big picture regarding key sales and marketing strategies;
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Canadian French, Spanish and Portuguese a plus. Multiple language skills are preferred.

 
Hard Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 
Soft Skills:
- Attentive to detail, comfortable and accurate with numbers, good writing abilities, expertise in proofreading & QA;
