Demand Generation Marketing Manager (6-10 yrs, west Austin)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison has an career opportunity for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to shape our local SaaS client's future. Working with a fast growing company in west Austin, you will help lead strategic and tactical efforts to effectively develop campaigns focused on existing users and expanding the customer base. Utilize your six to ten years' extensive marketing experience and love of conversion optimization to build strong, integrated marketing programs to drive lead generation and revenue.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Define the demand generation plan and launch projects;
- Partner with sales to understand existing lead list data and identify new sources of possible, industry-relevant lists;
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to determine targets and content to reach prospects;
- Create limited content, including landing pages, forms and email text;
- Incorporate knowledge of industry and competitive landscape to target competitor weak points and important trends;
- Track and analyze campaign data with an overall goal of generating more qualified leads;
- Implement, manage, measure and analyze email and drip campaigns in automated marketing program;
- Create, manage, analyze, and measure various campaigns in marketing automation system and Salesforce.com as well as other ROI reporting;
- Work closely with inside sales and account executives to collect feedback and target prospects appropriately.

 
Background & Experience:
- Six to ten years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation and lead management;
- Ability to demonstrate how your work has directly supported customer acquisition, sales/revenue generation;
- Experience implementing and managing online marketing campaigns including Email marketing;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or business.

 
Hard Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools (Pardot a plus);
- Excel for campaign analytics.

 
Soft Skills:
- You are a self-starter who has managed multiple programs, and likes to work in a fun and fast paced environment;
- Analytical in nature, enjoys problem solving and measuring results;

We need someone with a flair for high-tech lifestyle/product demos and interviews; expertise in Premier Pro for Windows, After Effects and Mocha, and the flexibility to take on sporadic projects on short notice onsite in north Austin. Liaison has a great opportunity for an up-and-coming Junior Production Artist working with our forward-thinking identity protection client located in downtown Austin. Working onsite in this ongoing role you will have the chance to expand your production skills, while defining this role within the Marketing Team. You will need to have a command of using style sheets in Word and working in PPT with existing templates. Your clean, well-presented samples along with an equally well composed resume will be the key to getting your foot in the door for this foundational career opportunity.

Opportunities will include:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and lead Designer on how to present content for products and services;
- Format documents in PPT, Word, and Illustrator for internal and customer facing materials;
- Possibly bring some design skills into some Marketing materials but this is not a Design job;

Marcom Project Manager (1-4 yrs, Central Austin)

Liaison is growing and we're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented creative account services/project manager to join our Liaison Studio team. In this collaborative client-facing role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution and completion of a variety of web, video, and print projects. You'll work directly with our (mainly) high-tech corporate clients and creative freelancers to define project requirements, create cost estimates, maintain schedules, conduct reviews, and complete projects on time and on (or under) budget. This is a fast-paced, full-time position based in Liaison's headquarters in central Austin, Texas.

Some Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Taking the lead on and facilitating the successful completion of a variety of project types including web, video, and print for several of our Fortune500 clients;
- Assembling and managing offsite/virtual project resources and teams;
- Collaborating with clients and creative resources to develop initial project scopes, objectives, requirements, schedules and budget estimates:
- Monitoring and controlling project progression; document scope changes and secure additional budget, time and/or resources if necessary, approving and processing vendor invoices.
