Account Services/Project Manager (Full time, ongoing, onsite HQ)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison is growing and we're seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented creative account services/project manager to join our Agency Services team. In this collaborative client-facing role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution and completion of a variety of web, video, and print deliverables. You'll work directly with our Fortune 500 clients and creative freelancers to define project requirements, create cost estimates, maintain schedules, conduct reviews, and complete projects on time and on (or under) budget. This is a fast-paced, full-time position based in Liaison's headquarters in central Austin, Texas. If you thrive on spinning plates while herding cats, this job's for you!

This is a full-time ongoing Liaison employee position with full benefits (100% employer paid medical and dental PPO, robust vacation/sick/holiday, 401K, etc).

Some Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Taking the lead on and facilitating the successful completion of a variety of project types including web, video, and print for several of our Fortune500 clients;
- Assembling and managing offsite/virtual project resources and teams;
- Collaborating with clients and creative resources to develop initial project scopes, objectives, requirements, schedules and budget estimates:
- Monitoring and controlling project progression; document scope changes and secure additional budget, time and/or resources if necessary, approving and processing vendor invoices;
- Reviewing project content and design to ensure compliance with project scope, objectives and requirements, as well as client brand standards;
- Conducting post-project reviews with client (we call them "After Parties"..."post-mortem" is such a downer); documenting lessons learned and opportunities for improvement;
- Other project management and traffic duties as needed.

 
Background & Experience:
In the first lines of the the "Tell Us More!" portion of the application provide one specific example of an account services success story and one example of a web project you recently managed.

- One to four years hands-on tactical creative project management, preferably in ad agency and/or corporate in-house marketing environments;
- Minimum two years with a majority of work focused on web deliverables;

Digital Marketing Manager
